During the conceptual phase of my first restaurant endeavor, "Rudy's Delicious Burgers" I was continually aware that there was one thing I absolutely HAD to have; my own hot sauce with my name on it.

Choosing the name, "Rudy's Rude Sauce" was easy, but coming up with the actual product was not. Failed attempts at combining Thousand Island dressing with Tabasco sauce left me frustrated, and my wife disgusted.

Finding solace behind the warm glow of my computer, and utilizing that wonderful invention brought to us by Al Gore, the internet, I searched the web for ideas until stumbling upon an intriguing website, hotsauceharrys.com. After viewing the "Private Label" page, I contacted Harry's, and was quickly, and kindly received by Lauren who guided me through the process of selecting just the right sauce for my restaurant, as well as designing a label that would capture the attitude and fun I wanted people to experience will patronizing my humble "burger joint".

Bless her heart, Lauren sent me a sample of everything with the exception of Hot Sauce Harry's "Peach n' Pepper". When I informed her of this atrocity, she quickly shipped me a bottle. Just one taste and I knew this was perfect! Amazing flavor! Slightly sweet with subtle heat. And then I saw the label! I'm not exactly sure what I had envisioned, but the custom graphics blew me away. I couldn't wait to get some on order! I literally filled a small corner of my garage with the fine sauce while waiting for construction to be completed. As I waited for my opening, I gave out countless bottles to promote my place.

Before we were even close to opening, I had people calling me at home wanting to purchase the stuff! I was truly dumfounded! I knew it was good, but I didn't think people would go THAT crazy for the stuff!

Today, my restaurant is open, and I can't keep enough of it around! I keep it on the tables along with the tried and true Tabasco. I put a great deal of effort and investment into my place, and I must say the private label sauce from Hot Sauce Harry's has enhanced my image by an order of magnitude! Many people think we're part of a chain simply due to the label! People quickly assume that only a large chain with deep pockets could afford such a product, little do they realize how affordable the finished product truly is. I can truly say without hesitation that Hot Sauce Harry's has added significantly to my bottom line. Along with the bottles on the table, I sell it at the counter along with several other products from Harry in a small display case built into the counter. I easily sell ten to fifteen bottles of my sauce a week.

I highly recommend Hot Sauce Harry's for customer satisfaction. Give 'em a try and tell 'em Rudy sent ya'!
